Teeka Tan Products, Inc. announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Teeka Tan, Inc. has entered into a distribution agreement with Ocean Trade S.A. of Panama, Central America. Under the terms of the Agreement, Ocean Trade will be the authorized distributor of Teeka Tan and Safe Sea suncare products for three years within the countries of Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Columbia. “We are very pleased to have the opportunity to expand distribution or our suncare products into Central America. Partnering with an established local group that has the experience and contacts, should be helpful with our Latin American expansion plans. Expanding into Central America is a step forward in creating international brand recognition for the Teeka Tan brand,” stated Brian John, Teeka Tan Products’ President.
